For Groove Users
You Don't Have to Move It Yourself.
Groove is going dark and none of your work transfers automatically. I built the only tools that get all of it out without losing anything, and I've used them to move 20 businesses off that platform personally. I'll move yours.
Your contacts, images, videos, courses, sequences, blog posts and pages, pulled out, documented, and rebuilt somewhere that isn't going anywhere. You keep serving clients while it happens.
A full migration is $2,997. I run specials through the year, so check what's current before you book.

What You Lose
Eight Things That Don't Come With You
Some of you will recognize this immediately. You assumed there was an export button somewhere, and you'd find it when you needed it. There isn't one, or at least not one that hands you everything. Here is the honest breakdown, asset by asset, of what has to come out and who does the pulling.
Contacts
Your list is your business. Groove does allow a CSV export, but you have to do it manually and you have to do it before the platform closes. Do this one today, whatever else you decide.
You, todayImages
Every image on every page, course, and blog post lives inside Groove. There is no bulk download. Each one comes out individually. This is the step people skip and the one they regret most.
We handle itVideos
Anything uploaded to GrooveVideo rather than hosted on YouTube or Vimeo is inside their system, one file at a time. If your videos were always hosted externally and just embedded, you're fine.
We handle itWebsites and landing pages
Groove's builder embeds proprietary code into every page it creates. The HTML is too tangled with Groove-specific technology to be usable anywhere else. What you can do is preserve a visual record so you're not rebuilding from memory.
We handle itEmail sequences and automations
No export exists. Every sequence has to be opened, read, and documented, email by email, step by step, including the timing and the conditional logic. This is slow and there is no shortcut. Prioritize your most important sequences in case you run out of time.
We handle itCourses
Module structure, lesson text, uploaded documents, drip schedules, access rules. None of it exports. Same manual process, module by module.
We handle itBlog posts
Each post has to be opened and saved by hand, along with its images, publish date, tags, and categories. Years of content and real SEO value.
We handle itGrooveKart products
GrooveKart has a native export and an API. Your product catalog comes out cleanly. Images still need saving separately.
We handle itThere is no other way to get all eight of those out intact. I know that, because I built the tools that do it.
The Migration
Let Someone Who's Done It Twenty Times Do It
The tedious part isn't hard. It's just long, and it lands on top of a week you already didn't have room in. Every sequence opened and documented email by email. Every image pulled one at a time. Every course module transcribed. Then all of it rebuilt on the other side.
Done-for-you migration
You keep serving clients. I move the business.
Everything on the list above comes out, gets documented, and gets rebuilt inside Client Connect Central. Your contacts, your course, your sequences, your pages, your blog, your images and video. Nothing gets left behind because nobody had time to get to it.
Nobody else can do this completely. I built the tools that pull Groove apart, I know where it hides things and which of its exports lie, and I've run 20 of these end to end. That is the difference between a weekend and three months, and between moving your business and losing pieces of it.
Full migration, priced as an anchor. I run specials through the year, so the current offer may be lower. Larger builds are quoted individually, because a five-page site and a full course platform are not the same job.
Book a Migration CallSee exactly what's includedAlready Paid
"I Already Paid for This Once."
Let's deal with this directly, because it's the real objection and it deserves a straight answer.
You paid somewhere between $497 and $3,000 for a lifetime deal. The promise was simple. Pay once, never worry about a platform again. You believed it. You built on it. You stopped looking at alternatives because you thought that decision was already made.
Now the platform is going away and someone is asking you to start paying monthly for something you thought you'd already bought.
That's not subscription fatigue. That's betrayal, and it's a fair thing to feel. You trusted a founder who didn't deliver, and now you're being asked to trust again.
So here's the honest version. Software costs money to run and maintain every single month. Servers, security, support, development. A lifetime deal only works if the company can carry that cost forever out of money it already spent, and that math doesn't work. It didn't work here.
A company that charges monthly has to keep earning your business every month. If they stop showing up, you stop paying. That's not a disadvantage over a lifetime deal. That's accountability, and it's the thing that was missing.
Same answer applies to what I charge. Three thousand dollars is real money, and you've already spent real money once on a promise that didn't hold. The difference is that this one is a job with a finish line, not a subscription you hope stays worth it. You see the work, you keep the files, and if I don't deliver you have every receipt.
I'm not going to ask you to trust another promise. I'm going to ask you to get on a call and decide for yourself.
Where to Land
Somewhere Stable, With Someone in the Room
Client Connect Central runs on GoHighLevel, a platform that has been operating and improving since 2018. Not a beta. Not a roadmap. Every feature is available today, and you can try all of it free for 30 days before spending a dollar.
Your CRM, email, courses, scheduling, payments, funnels, and community live in one login. Contacts import directly from the CSV you exported in step one, so your relationships don't start over.
And every plan includes Business Builders, the coaching community where coaches, practitioners, and course creators actually get help. That part matters more than the feature list. The migration is the easy part. Building your business back up on a new platform is where people get stuck, and that's where having someone in the room changes the outcome.
Everything works today
No features locked behind a higher tier. Nothing marked coming soon.
Your data comes in
Contacts import from CSV in minutes. Your saved pages, posts, and sequences become the blueprint for the rebuild.
You're not alone in it
Community and full training library on every plan. CONNECT adds 12 live calls a month, each offered twice for US, UK, and Australian time zones.

JosephDo It Yourself
Rather Do It Yourself?
Then do it, and start today. Here's the real sequence, including the parts that are tedious, plus the one thing that costs nothing.
- Up to 20 images
- Up to 3 videos
- Up to 5 blog posts
- Up to 25 contacts
- Up to 1 site page
Do this whether or not you ever hear from me again. A copy of your work in your own hands is worth more than any platform decision you make next.
Back up what's capturable
Groove Guard pulls what can be pulled automatically. Same day you decide to start.
Export your contacts
Manual, but quick. One CSV, saved somewhere that isn't Groove.
Document what doesn't export
Sequences, courses, blog posts, page screenshots. This is the slow part. Budget real time and start with what earns the most.
Set up your new platform
Guided onboarding walks you through it. Contacts import from your CSV in minutes.
Rebuild in priority order
Faster than the original build because you already know what works. Your saved material is the blueprint.
